About the role
You'll be installing Starlink dishes, Ubiquiti UniFi networks, and 4K security camera systems for second homes, ranches, lodges, and short-term rentals across Eagle County. We do quality work — clean cable runs, properly grounded mounts, labeled patch panels — the kind of install you'd want in your own house.
Most days are a single property visit lasting 4–8 hours, finishing in time to get home for dinner. Pace is steady, not frantic. Weekends are usually yours.
What you'll do
- Install Starlink dishes on roofs, poles, and ridge mounts with clean cable runs and proper grounding
- Pull and terminate CAT6 cable in finished and unfinished spaces
- Mount and configure Ubiquiti UniFi access points, switches, and gateways
- Install 4K IP security cameras with weatherproof connections
- Set up local NVR systems and verify everything's recording properly
- Document each job with photos and a brief written summary
- Be the face of the business in customers' homes — clean, respectful, communicative
