We keep quote-request and job-application emails in our inbox for approximately 24 months after the most recent interaction. We keep records of completed installations indefinitely for warranty and tax purposes. You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below); we will honor the request unless we are required to retain the information by law (e.g., for tax records).
