Eagle's connectivity reality
Inside Eagle Ranch you'll likely have cable available, but it's not always reliable. Step outside the subdivision boundary — onto Brush Creek, Adam's Rib, or any of the agricultural roads — and cable is gone. Starlink fills that gap better than DSL or fixed wireless ever did.
What matters here is doing it once and doing it right. These are working homes — kids, work-from-home, smart appliances, video doorbells, the whole package — and the install has to support that load year-round.
Neighborhoods we work in regularly
- Eagle Ranch — newer subdivision, single-family homes from the 2000s onward. Most have cable but want a real network — mesh WiFi, separate guest network, cameras at front door and garage.
- Brush Creek & Brush Creek Valley — rural acreage with stunning views and no cable. Starlink is the default install. Often paired with outdoor mesh extending to barns or shops.
- Adam's Rib & the hillside — custom homes on terraced lots. Great Starlink sky-views and natural settings for cameras at long driveways.
- Bull Pasture — large lots, often equestrian. WiFi to outbuildings and cameras at corral gates are common asks.
- Downtown Eagle — older historic homes near Broadway, plus newer townhomes. We rewire older homes to Cat6 and install discreet mesh systems.
What we install in Eagle
Starlink as primary internet
For any Eagle property outside Eagle Ranch proper, Starlink is usually the most reliable option available. We mount on roofs, dedicated poles, or on the side of barns — wherever gives the cleanest sky view. All cable runs are weather-sealed and grounded properly.
Ubiquiti UniFi networks for working households
Eagle homes get used hard. A primary residence with kids and a remote worker has 30+ connected devices on a normal day. We install Ubiquiti UniFi systems sized for that reality — multi-AP coverage, real switches, separate IoT and guest networks so the smart thermostat doesn't bring down the home office Zoom.
Cameras for ranches and primary residences
Long driveways, barns, shops, equipment storage — Eagle properties have more to watch over than a Vail condo. UniFi Protect cameras with local recording, smart motion zones tuned for livestock and weather (no false alerts every time the wind moves a tree), and remote access from the UniFi app.
Eagle is a different value calculation
Vail homeowners often want premium gear regardless of cost. Eagle homeowners are more practical — they want the install to work, last, and not require monthly subscriptions. Our packages reflect that. The Standard tier in Eagle is the most popular tier on the entire valley west of Avon.

You're not Vail. You're not paying Vail prices for service either. We charge fairly, drive to you fast, and don't pad invoices with "mountain pricing." Same valley, real rates.
