Neighborhoods we work in regularly
- Wildridge — single-family homes 800+ feet above the valley floor with great Starlink sky-views. The steep terrain means cable runs to outbuildings get long; we trench or use armored aerial runs when needed.
- Mountain Star — gated luxury community with custom homes and strict architectural guidelines. We work with the design review board to get Starlink mounts approved and installed without changing your home's exterior look.
- Beaver Creek Point — compact luxury homes near Avon, lots of short-term rentals. WiFi mesh and STR-friendly camera setups are the usual ask here.
- Eagle-Vail — older single-family and townhomes. Most have aging wiring; we rewire to Cat6 and put in a real switch so guests' devices and your home automation can coexist on separate networks.
- Avon Center & near Nottingham Lake — condos and townhomes, mix of full-time and seasonal. Common ask: a unit-level WiFi that doesn't depend on the building's shared system.

For short-term rentals: exterior coverage of driveway, garage, and entry doors (interior cameras are an STR compliance landmine — we'll talk you through it). For primary residences: perimeter coverage with smart motion zones that won't ping you every time a deer walks through.
