Starlink, WiFi & Security Cameras for Cordillera Homes.

Custom homes on big lots, gated entries, strict architectural review, and many properties beyond the cable plant. Cordillera installs need to look as good as they perform — that's the work we do.

Cordillera has its own ecosystem

Cordillera covers a huge swath of land in Edwards — Summit, Divide, Ranch, and Valley clubs — with hundreds of custom homes on lots that range from a half-acre to 35-plus acres. Many sit at the end of long driveways, behind multiple gates, in places where the cable company never bothered to extend service.

The right install in Cordillera respects the architecture, handles the distance, and survives the weather. Generic installer playbooks don't cut it here.

What makes Cordillera installs different

  • Architectural review. Every exterior mount needs to be approved. We've done enough Cordillera submittals to know what gets a green light on first review.
  • Distance. Long driveways, detached garages, guest houses, sometimes barns — these multi-building setups need real planning, not just "another access point." We trench, use armored aerial runs, or do wireless point-to-point bridges depending on the situation.
  • Cable plant gaps. Many Cordillera homes don't have cable available. Starlink is the realistic answer, not a backup option.
  • Scheduling. Most Cordillera owners aren't on-site full-time. We coordinate with caretakers, property managers, and design teams. Schedule confirmation, photo documentation, and a written close-out report are standard for every job.

What we install in Cordillera

Starlink with proper architectural-review mounts

For Cordillera homes, the Starlink mount is part of the architecture. We work with the design review board to specify mounts that disappear into the building line — behind chimneys, on hidden ridges, paint-matched poles tucked behind landscaping. Documentation for ARB approval is included.

Multi-building Ubiquiti UniFi networks

Most Cordillera properties have at least two structures (main house + garage or main + guest). Some have four or more. We install Ubiquiti UniFi with multi-building uplinks — fiber-fed where conduit exists, wireless point-to-point bridges where it doesn't. Single management interface for the whole property.

Discreet security cameras

UniFi G5 Pro 8MP cameras with local-only recording. Coverage at the property gate, garage, mudroom, any outbuildings, and the driveway approach. Cameras placed and finished so they don't compete visually with the building. No third-party cloud touching the footage.

Working with your team in your absence

The vast majority of our Cordillera work happens with the owner elsewhere. We coordinate directly with your property manager or caretaker, send daily photo updates while work is in progress, and provide a written close-out package with documentation of every change made — gear list, configuration screenshots, mount locations, network passwords, and a one-page operating guide for your caretaker.

Why local matters in Cordillera

Cordillera's gated layout means a tech driving up from Denver loses an extra 20 minutes at the gate before they can start working. We're already on the local approved-contractor lists. Quick check-in, work happens, owner gets a report.
